How do I return an item?
We realize sometimes you get an item that does not exceed the expectations you expected at the point of sale or just may not fit the application you have for the product. Please contact us via phone or email first and involve us with your situation. We may have a few questions for you to make sure you have installed or used the product correctly.
If you still wish to return the item we will either send you a pickup or ask you to send the item to us Freight Collect if the item was as you had expected but you just do not need it.

If a refund is required it will be issued by our Company check to your shipping address after we have received all products back and tested them for resellability or warranty
