When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
How much is my shipping?
As of March 2020 we approach shipping with 3 methods. A) Free Ship-this tends to be smaller items we are confident our ship cost will not change often. B) We let the shipping calculator figure your freight and you accept or not accept before completing the order. C) Call us for freight-These are items that are very freight sensitive so we ask you to contact us with your item and quantity and we will get you the best freight rate we can. There may be a need for a truck line residential lift gate
How do I return my product?
Folks if the product does not seem to fit your needs and is re sellable for us then we will consider a return. Reach out by phone, email, or text(our phone is textable). Most likely we will ask you to pay the freight back to us and there may be a re stock fee.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. We try to ship most orders within 3-5 business days. On the items we are prime on there can be a longer delay if our production capacity is at max. In that instance we ask for your patience and we will keep you updated on where your delivery stands
