Quick Green Updates

Folks we want to get back to our weekly Quick Green Updates

Our plan is to have them for you by each Sunday

This is sort of a way for us to review what happened in the world of Sustainability the past week

Our format will cover Recent News, What happened at our store the past week, What happened with Green Investments, and our thought for the Upcoming Week. Our business relies on sales of our products to survive and prosper but we are not Top Down in any way. We REALLY want to hear from you and be honest but cordial. If you think we screwed up let’s hear it but if you like what we did let’s hear that too. We ALWAYS want helpful suggestions.

What Happened in Green News this Week:

Wind Systems Magazine is a great digital source for keeping up with the ever changing Wind Energy industry

Most of the content is free and can be found here:

Windsystemsmag.com

The UN”s COP 25 Climate Conference has been in Madrid this week. It’s far from a perfect exercise but it does garner World attention toward Climate Change for a week each year.

Here’s a place to keep up on events

What Happened at Conservastore this week:

We’re slowly figuring out our new web architecture solution. We are lucky to have some great support staff to bring us along.
The new architecture will help us offer you more unique products and better communicate to you the features/benefits of these products. Our Deal of the Day Feature is a concept we plan to broaden over the weeks to come. It’s on our home page so please go give it a look when you first come to our site since we may have an item at a nice reduced price for you

We added a 72″ Rubber Tree Ring Protective Mat this week and hope to have it available to ship in March 2020.  Here’s more info

What Happened with Green Stocks Bonds and Investments this week:

Do Green Bonds have a place in my portfolio?

What are Green Bonds? Here’s a blog we wrote a while back that might inform you

Thought for the Upcoming week:

Please buy responsibly for your friends and family this holiday season. There’s really no reason at all to get a bunch of STUFF you’ll park in a closet for years and never use. And if you purchase a replacement for an item you already have please visit Goodwill Salvation Army or the like and drop off the older item so others may use it Recycle Upcycle Reuse just makes sense whether you’re a Greenie or not.

See You Next Week, Stay Green
