The Florida Earth Foundation is a, “Palm Beach County-based not for profit, public-private partnership that promotes natural resource initiatives in South Florida.”
With the cut back in funding and attack by certain politicians on the perceived lack of need and dominance of the Water Management Districts, an organization such as the Florida Earth Foundation is essential. Water is as important to Florida as blood is to the human body. Sadly many politicians who drive by lakes, over rivers, and along ocean side and gulf side roads every day seem to not realize that water in Florida exists.
