What Happened in Green News this Week?

This goes back a week but we find it quite important that the Tory Government announced that oil and gas transportation will be no longer in the UK after 2035–what the heck that’s 15 years correct. Tally-hoo and well done

Hey we’re small and we know it so if we find a good weekly compilation we’re gonna pass it on–Here’s a good Green Events Topics Blog

What Happened at Conservastore this week?

We’re beginning to think about Earth Day. We like to say “Make Every Day Earth Day” in the way you approach your life. We’ll begin our Earth Day promos early in March so be on the watch please

We currently have 4ft x 4ft and 5ft x 5ft Square Rubber Mulch Mats on sale so check it out. Great for anyone with old beat up tree wells or they can be abutted to one another to make a small raised mulch setting

Pour in Place Rubber Mulch Replacement (After)
4ft x 4ft and 5ft x 5ft mats look very similar and can really offer solutions to Homeowner or Landscaper or Municipality

Some of us went air boating on the St Johns River this weekend. The St Johns is pretty neat really. Not as long as the Nile nor as powerful as the Yangtze but it flows North(yep North) right through Central and North Florida through some desolate and some very populated areas. If you’re ever in this area check it out. And yes to our non Florida visitors you WILL see alligators. This trip we also saw the Roseate Spoonbill which turns pink the more shrimp it eats.

What Happened with Green Stocks Bonds and Investments this week?

Here’s an interesting Market we found. It purports itself as, “Join the Luxembourg Green Exchange, the world’s first and leading platform dedicated exclusively to sustainable financial instruments.”

See what you think here

Folks we’re not investment advisors–just want that out there TY

Thought for the upcoming week:

From Ben Franklin an early Environmentalist:

“If you know how to spend less than you get, you have the philosopher’s stone”

Folks see something in the news our readership would like about Green Topics. Please send it on

See you next week
